You ever wondered why your BF acts like a total *&%^ in certain situations or why he left you for the bimbo with the lollipop in a skirt? Ever wonder how to get your GF to try certain things, or why she won't try certain thing ?

Ask them here and hopefully someone has the answer.

Nope. One of the crappy parts of being gay is that when your partner does something you can't explain, you can't just chalk it up to some generalization of how their entire gender thinks or acts. You just have to...deal with it.

Couldn't you blame it on the subsection of gays your partner belonged too? Twinks, Bears, Cubs, Otters....

My guess is he left her because she wouldn't wear the skirt and suck on a lollipop. I'd be an ass too if my woman refused to cater to my desires. Someone should have reminded her that doing it for someone you care about doesn't make you a whore.

Probably because you were either too blinded by attraction to notice he was a complete douche, or your communication consisted of Cosmopolitan-esque attempts at subtly getting your panicked point across by writing in red sloppy lettering instead of your normally flowing blue handwriting for his daily affirmation.

That, or you completely let yourself go, got fat, and he sucks as much at communication as you do.

How: Ask.
Why the 'No': It hurts you fuckwit.

Alternatively

How: Ask.
Why the 'No': Because she's not interested in the porn/game/book/movie/hobby/activity and pushing her will only result in a reverse of the first question.

Most of the guys I've gone out with generally don't fall into any of those neat categories. Probably because I don't date many porn stars.

Generalizations, ahoy!

Unfortunately, I don't know what the fuck you're talking about, on account of my "Forever Alone" status.

Just say "hey gorgeous/sexy/miss/darlin'/etc. It covers a lot of ground.

The only thing that ever bothers me about BFs is the lying thing, the little white lies they tell cause they're "worried about upsetting me". Stuff like, going to a stag do and lying about the strip club, it's a stag do, I kind of expect that there are going to strippers involved, going out to a bar all night and BSing about it, dude you were out last night, you still smell of whiskey and your best mate tweeted a pic of you vomiting against a lamp-post.

It's lying over stupid stuff that I'm supposed to be offended by, when I'm not offended by it and have informed them that I would rather they were honest instead of spinning a BS story.

Yeah, 'better asking forgiveness than permission' means you need to actually ask forgiveness :p

Not if they have a restraining order against you...that'd be a parole violation.

I get this problem a lot. Usually when I first meet someone I expect I won't like them, so when they tell me their name, I figure chances of me ever needing that name is slim.

So if by chance I do get to know this person a bit better and start to like them, I usually have to ask what their name is a second time. I don't usually try to figure it out other ways, because I am a pretty blunt person. I just can't memorize someones name until I know their face and they are familiar enough. Of course I have this problem with all people not just one sex.

Well, it's more that I'm usually shitfaced.

I remember I met an ex that way that we started a proper relationship out of it after. She tries to chat me up, I turn it around on her and buy her a drink, start making out. My friend comes over, and I'm like 'so this is Lauren!'

Her name was Madeline.

Smooth :D

For some reason Google isn't working for me, so I can't find an appropriate gif, but THIS.

Fucking hell, why must people presume that the opposite gender is simultaneously a hive mind, and inscrutable unless explained by some other not member of the hive?

A twink is basically the gay male equivalent of the blonde cheerleader stereotype.

Also, I don't exactly get the point of this thread, but I guess this is my answer:
