I've been seeing a lot of martial art threads here lately so I'm going to raise a question.
I trained once with a very odd instructor who said his technique was called Ba-Fe-Chuan, meaning "rat fist" or "black fist", that specific instructor and I parted ways and I haven't been able to find any information on this style anywhere else.
Now, this guy knew his stuff but wasn't an honest person, so either he lied about the style name or I just can't find it.
I want to train in this method, just not with him, but I can't find it anywhere. Has anyone ever heard of this or anything like it I would be most appreciative of any info.
It's a form of full contact kung-fu, very direct techniques. Focusing on speed and counter-attacks. The name "rat fist" comes from a raking strike where the thumb is folded and presses on the index finger.
I know I can just go study something else, but it really bugs me, I put a lot of effort into these techniques and would prefer to stay with the same school.
