Man things have changed over the past 10 to 20 years... I sometimes miss those days, like when sonic didn't suck and Mario 64 was the best Mario ever!!

What was your favorite game back in the day?

When you're as old as I am, "back in the day" can mean a bunch of different time frames. In grade school it was Contra, as I hit high school I got monstrously hooked on Aerobiz Supersonic, and in the mid-to-late 90's FF6 owned my world.

Asterix for the Master System II- the first game I ever completed that didn't run on a BBC or Acorn computer, that wasn't trying to educate me, and that I wasn't playing at school.

I loved (well, still love) my Sega Genesis and Sega CD. Anyone remember Sonic CD? I played the hell out of that game. The U.S. version also has a cool soundtrack!

Sonic Adventure 1, Skies of Arcadia <--- Dreamcast :)

And quick note, I don't see why people don't like sonic adventures voice acting, I think actually using people the age of the characters made it sound more realistic and nice to play, rather than hollywood style. (Ifya get what I mean)

Master of Magic. No question.

Yes, I was a PC gamer even in 1995 (technically, I played my first PC game around 1988; granted, it was a two-color 2D shooter, but that still counts)
