Backwards Compatibility Issues with NXE

I've had real trouble getting my downloaded Xbox Original copy of Psychonauts to work since the NXE update. I'm running on a Pal-50 setup and I'm not in widescreen mode. The error message doesn't even state that I'm running in an incorrect screen mode - it literally informs me that the game itself is not compatible with an Xbox 360. Given that I managed to play the game last year on the same Xbox, this is confusing (and irritating) to say the least.
Has anyvody had the same problem, and if so have they discovered a solution? I wants me some Psychonauts!

Nah man, they have several games from the original Xbox that you can purchase and download to your 360 from over the Marketplace, Psychonauts being one of those.

As for your problems Brazen, I would have no idea how to fix it.

All of my hard copy Xbox Originals seem to be working perfectly, maybe you could just check around the Xbox website to see if someone else has had a similar problem.

Also, the xbox and Psychonauts forums I've visited have no mention or solution to the problem. Meh, maybe my Xbox is about to Red-ring on me. I've hd it over a year so it's probably now a question of "when" rather than "if".

Does all of your other DLC work? Have you changed consoles and switched out your HDD lately? Have you tried being onlineand signed into Live before you start?

I'd say delete it and download it again. If that doesn't work, give the xbox customer support a ring and see if they know anything.
