I agree with this, but I wouldn't go as far to say that Fallout 1 and Fallout 3 were bad games, I just thought that Fallout 2 was a lot better than Fallout 1 and that Fallout New Vegas was a lot better than Fallout 3.

Fallout 1 and 3 were far from bad games. (in my opinion)

This is the only time I will ever acknowledge devil may cry 2s existence

Devil may cry 3 > devil may cry 2
I'm curious to know why you thought Devil May Cry 2 was so bad? I know I'm on the short list of people who liked that game but I never understood why. I thought it was great. Though it might have something to do with me playing Devil May Cry 2 first instead of the original.
Devil may cry is quite possibly my favorite series ever!
This is just how I felt about 2

The good
Dante was quite possibly at his most badass
The dodge button :)
Lucia was kind of cooL

The Bad

The style gauge was incredibly difficult to raise due to the fact that 90% of your attacks have some kind of heavy blow in the that sends enemies flying to far away from you.
Dante's gun fired far to slow and they were way to strong and killed enemies you were trying to get to (after sending them flying) before you could continue a combo.
It was waaaaayyyyyyyyyyyy to easy; Dante was so overpowered
every time I found myself getting slightly overwhelmed I'd just turn into sparda and maul everythings face off.

I found that when I unlocked Trish and dmc1 dante that I enjoyed the game allot more.
In all honesty I will admit I did enjoy it, it wasn't THAT bad, but when compared to dmc3 (in my opinion) 2 just falls incredibly short.

Uhm if I may I may throw in my two cents.

Saints Row 2. The first game in my opinion was mediocre at best. But the sequel was fantastic. The third was okay, but they simply cannot recreate that ridiculousness.
