My cardiologist told me I'd better give up caffeine and fast food if I want to live to 50.

It's very obvious I don't want to live to 50.
You don't seem either old enough or fat enough to warrant a cardiologist...unless there's something else. I know I wasn't supposed to have caffeine growing up because I had a messed up tricuspid valve. I've been a bit of a caffeine junkie since middle school. Also nail biting, back cracking, etc.
Thank you for the kind words (such as they were), but I had a heart attack at thirty---due largely to stress, since apparently the problem was not one of blocked arteries but of an arrythmia gone horribly, nearly fatally wrong. The docs said "the only thing we can think of is stress---have you been having a lot of work stress?" I laughed and said "Care to put that in writing so I can literally tell my boss he's been killing me?"

Same man I gotta stop cracking. If the old wives tale is true then I want to be able to use my hands when I'm older.
Yeah I've heard that cracking actually prevents arthritis.
As far as I know there's only been one case study on knuckle cracking which was performed by an orthopedic surgeon who, for sixty years, cracked the knuckles on his left hand but not his right...and he noticed no difference.

A life well spent if you ask me.

My bad habits, procrastinating on the computer and nail biting. I don't consider grilling in my skinnies a "bad" habbit, I enjoy it too much.

Smoking. Drinking. Nail-biting. Neck-cracking.
And, of course, internet.

I am incorrigible. Fuck you everyone else.

Procrastination, maybe finger joint clicking. They're the only things I'm really bad at not doing.

Well, I crack my knuckles. That's not really a bad habit though. From what I've read it doesn't cause problems like people think... >>'

I suppose a bad habit I have... I don't plan on quiting my being anti-social? If anything it's getting worse. I mean... I'm still making friends, and I like don't even know how it's happening. However, with more friends the less social I need to be. If that makes any sense... So yea, I don't plan on socializing much anytime soon.

Neato (obligatory "Did it hurt?"). Every now and then I get palpitations and think "This is probably just the caffeine..." with the small shadow of a doubt my heart may explode (quite graphically) at any moment.

I masturbate endlessly to necrophilia.

Yeah, that joke sucked. I have a lot of bad habits but currently only one comes to mind; I sniff markers. Dunno why, I just like the smell and I'm not very observant so without even noticing I'll had it in my left or right hand.

Can I say mastubation? I'm kind of hooked on it, well least it isn't doing me any physical harm. And it's great stress relief!

Smoking a pipe and drinking scotch and imported/microbrewed beer.
Which ones would you recommend? I just picked up the LCBO local sampler pack, and I'm always on the lookout for new brews to try.

Anyways, I smoke, and I drink. I also procrastinate like a bastard but I'm working on that.

Did it hurt? Like a *****, actually. My blood pressure dropped precipitously and my brain didn't forgive me for three days afterward. I had the kind of headaches that made me think I was a death and revival away from getting smacked in the head with a cricket bat by Simon Pegg.

And there's a big difference between "I need to switch to decaf" and "what do you mean I passed out for twenty minutes? You mean it wasn't three seconds like my brain's trying to tell me? And why am I in Northern Nevada Medical Center with tubes sticking out of me? Have I been assimilated?"

I pick my nose and eat it. Yes, I'm being totally honest, it's a weird habit/addiction I've had since I was four, then when I went to a doctor he actually said that studies have shown that it might be a natural human instinct and that it actually helps my immune system (search it on Google if you want) I do it when no one is looking however.

Yes I know, it's disgusting to hear, and I think other peoples boogers look disgusting, except for my own. But hey it's a habit.
I do that too.

Using the computer too much. Oh and all nighter. Gotta stop them both.

I'm a procrastinator. I keep telling myself I have to fix this problem, but then I just think, "meh, I'll get on that eventually".

A truly vicious cycle.

I also pull all-nighters (mostly cuz of the procrastination though...)
