hair pulling
Although I know what you mean, I like to imagine you just losing your shit and pulling people to the ground by their hair at random :D

OT: I procrastinate, am easily distracted, and shank people who look at me funny forget to eat when I have something on my mind.
They tell me that hair-pulling is the best way to bang someone's head against something. I wouldn't know, of course, I'm much too mild-mannered...

Spending way too much time staring at the computer screen without taking a break to rest my eyes.

I like to think my smoking habits cancel out the damage of sitting still too long, it's much easier to remember those little breaks.

But then again, it's smoking.

I hear coffee is a bad habit, too. But honestly, I feel as if we will end up classifying anything but flavourless oatmeal and sawdust porrige as a bad habit if we keep going. And believe me, the main spice to oatmeal and sawdust porrige is smugness.

I tend to sleep badly and as a result, I tend to get run down and irritable, which means I am not particularly easy to live with. At the moment I have quite a bad cold and I am huddled in bed feeling quite sorry for myself. So I would say poor sleeping patterns is my main bad habit.

My sleep schedule has been fucked for the last 9 years, due to my jobs.

I worked 3rd shift(10pm-6am) 2 days a week, and random shifts the other 3 days at my last job. Mostly 6am-2pm or 11am-7pm shifts (It was McDonalds, so there wasn't just 3 shifts)

I've worked random shifts at my current job for a while, mostly 2pm-11pm or or 3:30pm to 12:30am. I got "nominated" to work 3rd shift this year... again. I know tomorrow I work til 12:30am and have to be back at 9am the next day.

I drink waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much soda (4-6 cans a day, more in the summer), I've tried cutting back, but I can't stand the taste of most non-soda drinks, at least not enough to replace them for a day or two, or to switch between.

I don't drink alcohol often, but when I do, I usually drink too much.

As for non health related habits, I am way too friendly with my female coworkers. Which is doubly bad at work, since I am also their boss. Nothing too serious, but I treat them more like my friends than my subordinates, which REALLY pisses off my management. I've been called in the office... 4 times in the last year because they thought I was dating co-workers(which as a manager is a red flag). The one time they were right was because she was very... open about it, plus she wasn't in my department, so I wasn't breaking policy.

The devouring of souls.

I know, I know... Once you start down that path, you're never quite the same, and I realize that. But unfortunately, the sweet screams of the suffering in my mind are like the choir of angels...

Eh... it's probably my penchant to buy food even when I don't need to. I just gotta go for it.

Also, I scratch every itch I got even when I shouldn't. And I pick the mess out of sores. I can't resist. I will inevitably make it worse by scratching or biting the mess out of it. Depending on where it is.

I have a bad habit of not realizing that I have had habits...

(It's a major bad habit of mine...)

I's also a bit too neutral...

I bite my nails, I eat like crap (but I'm skinny), I enjoy raging against the machine, and (insert things just vague enough to give you an idea of what I mean but not enough to get me in trouble based on the new rules)
Oh and I go off on tangents but that's not ass bad as hanging out in the hood for stupid reasons.

I stopped paying attention to what is happening around me a long, long time ago.

All I know is that I keep waking up unable to see and my fingers are bleeding from under the nail.

[sub][sub][sub]gotta stop biting them[/sub][/sub][/sub]

I suppose to elaborate... I am often condescending in conversation without noticing it. I get really easily distracted (... easilly? I'm going to look up how to spell that) and I almost never leave my house except for work.
