my boyfriend and i got so fed up with gamestop and how they love to rip off everyone. So we got t-shirts that said "fuck gamestop" on them. we wore our shirts and walked proudly into the store and got banned. the best part was the employee that was working at the time flippe out and tried to fight my boyfriend and cussed me out. we just laughed at him and his bret michales haircut and bandana.. i think it was well worth it dont you?
sounds like you and your boyfriend are retarded, immature, and banned from one of the largest game distributors.

Ignore the miserable bastards saying it was immature/dick move/trolling etc. They're either desperately trying to act as though they're grown up for their age or they've spent far too much time online and don't realise how fun it is to actually go out and say 'FUCK YOU' to someones face and witnessing the reaction first hand.
Ouch.
"Miserable bastards" is a little much, no?

Sorry that I don't get my kicks from insulting someone to their face and watching them sneer in disgust, but I guess I'm not that kind of person.
Then again, like I've previously stated, burning my bridges is not something I wish to partake in either.

A good troll is a subtle troll.
Always remember that.
Damn Hazy you beat me but really trolling should never be done in real life(also that is kinda pointless to get banned on purpose)

Burning bridges gives me a rush.

Then I feel like crap after realising what I've done...

How incredibly immature of you.

Seriously, your response is to try and provoke them, and then you laugh when you succeed? You're a troll.
Agreed.

Oh, and incoming thread lock.

So you try to say fuck Gamestop by bringing your message to people who have no power over rules and policies?

Y'all are a bunch of geniuses.

I dunno, I never went to your particular Gamestop.

Sounds like it was more of a problem with that particular store in which case hey it ain't the whole chain's fault. I love my local gamestop filled with people who know and love games. Hell maybe they ran it like the Third Reich but sounds like it was just one bad isolated store.

This. You could have gone about your protest in a more mature and adult manner, but you chose to travel the low road. Could have written a nicely worded letter, but you chose to spend money, making shirts you'll probably only wear once or twice, while gamestop keeps making money. Bravo.

EDIT: Toon Link does not approve and calls for an immediate thread lock for lack of discussion value.

Yes, they're trolls, but they're successful trolls. And really, in the end, isn't that all that matters?
Successful in what way? That they showed other people that they were immature, rather than trying to convince others to take their business elsewhere?
They were successful trolls in that they made other people angry/annoyed. That is the goal of trolls; the troll goal, if you will.

Ah, I thought you were implying that they were successful in getting their message across.

... Now we need a soccer announcer screaming "TROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!"

Movie not loaded. And I'm aware of the interwebs habit of trolling IRL. I just want a soccer announcer-voiceover for it.

Huh, you do realize most businesses rip people off at one point or another.

Maybe it wasn't the fact you were a woman but something to do with your attitude, that caused you to be treated like shit.
Either way, what you did isn't really that amusing or 'worth it'.
