Well, I personally love to take a shower right before bed, feels amazing to jump into bed right after a shower, however I usually sleep around 1-2 and if I take a shower that late I'll wake my parents. So I usually have to shower either in the morning or like around 8, before dinner.

Morning. I shower for the purposes of not being disgusting to other people, and to me it doesn't make sense to clean yourself, spend 6-8 hours in an enclosed sheet sweating, then go out to work / school. Plus, it really wakes you up.

Both. I always take one when I wake up and one when I bathe. I have no preference.
