I just got into Intensive Treatment after the plants started going crazy and i defeated all those guards with guns. Then i got into a corridor and suddenly the screen started fucking up and a cutscene played and i'm playing as Joker with Batman strapped down like Joker was at the start of the game, is this suppose to happen?

Did you really need help for this ?

It's pretty obvious that it's meant to happen, since nothing went really wrong.

Please continue to enjoy your play next time and solve the trouble yourself to the best of your ability before attempting to seek out side help.

You Welcome. Good Sir.

Yeah, its the Scarecrow, he does this through the game and includes some of the best parts of Arkham Asylum if you ask me

Yes, this is meant to happen.

Now buy a Gamecube and play Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. Teach yourself to love the mindfuck.

Oh come on; when the screen goes weird you wonder if something's wrong but by the time you've watched the cutscene (in which the Joker is driving) and you start walking down the corridor, it should be pretty obvious it was done on purpose.

*Facepalm* I'm such an idiot. I thought something was wrong with the game when the screen looked like it teared. Sorry.

I honestly thought my xbox (4th one, mind you) was screwing up for a minute there. Fortunately, it waited until I rented Wet to screw up, so all I missed out on was some good music.

Dude just keep playing the game. Though it looks semi-realistic (I guess), I pretty sure that if something bad did happen your console would have probably frozen or an error message would have popped up.

Man if that game had some sort of level select feature I'd just be doing he scarecrow bits over and over and over again......then I'd get bored......then a month or so later I'd do them over and over and over......

Am i the only person who isn't drooling over a very obviously detected silent hill/eternal darkness ripoff only because it's by a character that stopped being interesting sometimes before the first gulf war?

@ OP: pay more attention. Scarecrow gas attacks are easy to spot.
