Cool trailer, but it made his sections seem way creepier than I think they'll be. Unless he teams up with Scarecrow, I don't think they can get away with the creepy "fuzzy screen and random flashes" horror that the trailer has.

Lots of math flashing up on screen. What a neat mechanic, the game will actually stop you playing mid-mission and teach you integral calculus.

I always found the Riddler to be a bit under/misused in Batman series. To the point that he is pretty much a joke or a throw away villain when he does show up. I mean, something is wrong with the character when you cast Jim Carry for him in a movie.

Giving him a new twist so he is more than some mad man that wants to be caught is interesting.

Sorry, I don't read the comics so if there is some brilliant story there I missed it.

Well, his interviews in AA were pretty creepy too, especially the first one.

I love this trailer. Yes, it's not really the Riddler's true style, but I love it.

Batman: Arkham City is looking pretty bad at the moment and it's trailers like these that draw me in.

So the Riddler's reading Saw's cliff notes now? fair enough, but the trailer was a bit crap imo; to much random spammage, not enough substance. Re-used audio clips from Arkham Asylum, very little footage, some random spiny blade thing... eh. That said, still looking forward to the game - AA was awesome ^_^

Pretty sure I recognised almost all the phrases the Riddler said;
"these challenges are far beyond minds such as yours, Batman,"
"You may as well turn back now,"
"Do you admit that I am smarter than a bat?" <-that one DEFINITELY was one of the annoying stuff he kept spamming you with

There were new lines, of course, but it was all just so generic "Let them go Riddler - they're innocent!" bah, such a fucking cliché.

Many Riddler lines sound the same but just by the voice alone you hear this is not from AA.
