I certainly could but it's going to be blurry as hell (the image you gave us is 300x415 and you want us to blow it up to over six times its size...)
I found you what should be a better image [http://www.swapsale.com/batman15.jpg] to use (which is 840 x 1200), however, you're still going to run into the issue of stretching since the image is much taller than it is wide.
Do you want JUST batman and robin in the picture? That would make it much more manageable...

Unfortunately, a comic book cover does not lend itself well to a wide-screened desktop pic but hopefully this will be what you'd like. Feel free to trash everything about my work and demand something else
