Battlefield 3 Beta Hits Next Week

Just to let everyone know, the featured match/map for the beta is a rush on that Metro map (the one with the subway etc). Very doubtful there's jets in there since it's a really small map in comparison to the others.

They updated the EULA for that a couple weeks ago. It's basically the same as Steam's.

I was already well aware of this, thanks anyway. The problem is that their EULA does not limit them in anyway and they can still collect whatever data they please, even if they do not intend to give it to third parties. Steam also collects data but only data that is relevant to steam itself and it does it anonymously. It can also collect "other data" but you have the ability to say yes or no. With Origin you are given no such luxury. So in the name of privacy and self integrity I will have to decline installing Origin.
