Battlefield 3 Cheating: Where is it?

So, maybe I'm just getting lucky, but I keep reading stuff about BF3 being full of cheaters and hackers. I play on the 360, and I was just wondering if anyone has actually seen said cheating going on? The only thing I can think of is people using the MAV to get the very top of buildings.

It's really not that common, but I have seen a couple instances of aim bots on the PC version. One guy was running around with a machine gun, and he killed me so fast. Watching the replay, his char was twitching like you wouldn't believe, left, right, left, up, left, right and every time it moved he got a kill. He was just unloading and killing a shit storm. He was like 40-0.

But that was the only blatant cheating I've seen. There was another time some guy had a crazy high kill count but I didn't really see him I guess, so not sure.

There's just enough on the PC version to be frustrating. I honestly don't know why developers still use PunkBuster.

There was a glitch/cheat on the 360 where a person could drop to around 40% health and be invisible. You couldn't kill them, they knew it so they would stand there let you put a full clip into them, knife them and then kill you. People said it was from mods.

You're not seeing much cheating because you're on the Xbox. It's a lot easier to cheat in PC games.
