Battlefield 3 Help !!! Getting stuck at Loading screen !!!

guys i just installed Battlefield 3 , i really want to play it but even before it starts , it goes to the loading screen and gets stuck , i've waited for one hour but nothin happens , Help please !!!
P.S . I have the same problem with Saints Row : The Third

Second, Welcome to the Escapist.

Now, assuming you mean when it loads it sits on a black screen with sound or something, "DID YOU BUY BF3 VIA ORIGIN OR DID YOU BUY THE BF3 KEY FROM A KEY SITE?"

If the latter (Like I did), you probably bought the russian key, so you need to change the language files to ENG_US so you can run it properly.

What method did you buy BF3 and What is your computer specs?
