Potential Spoilers to follow, of course. But I'll at least try to not mention them here in the first post.

What did everybody think of the start of Battlestar Galactica Season 4.5?

I thought it was awesome. It looks like we're in for such a journey. Only nine episodes left till the series' end, and they've given us some really awesome tidbits to go on, and really, I think took the sadness of the crew to the level it had to go based on how bleak of a condition Earth was when they found it.

I'm excited to see more flashes from the past.

I am curious about starbuck and her episode. She found her ship and body yet she is not a cylon. Could the 13th colony have been a place where the humans became cylon in order to survive or as a course of the transfer of consciousness? It is curious. Then there is that quote from the Hybrid. "All that has happened will happen again." My theory is that they are living a cycle. Humans begot cylons, cylons begot advanced cylons, advanced cylons begot humans.

KDragon, it's still on the SciFi Channel and just did the first of its final 10 episodes. This is its 4th and last season.

If you want to get into it now, all the episodes are on Itunes, and some episodes are up on Hulu.com for free. To jump right in, check out the episodes below. Episode 12 is the midseason finale from a few months ago. Then the episode that just premiered. And after that is a fun 13 min recap that's pretty funny and tells you a lot of what you need to know that's gone on up until now.

And the next Episode is Friday January 23rd at 10/9c

I'm glad they are wrapping it up. Too many shows go too long and leave a bad taste in your mouth (i'm looking at you, Sopranos). I'm looking forward to finding out how this shakes out. I'm thinking that the final model is all of us, not a replicated model like the rest. A perfect model that encompasses aspects from all the other models. But did they have to smoke D, I mean, come on!

Just found this at IGN. They're doing a series of Timeline articles, to help people who are new to the show get caught up:

She is the harbinger of destruction. She is actually reborn at every cycle to lead Mankind and the Cylon to their demise. So everything can start over again. At least, that's how I see it for now. -cough- she is the mad admin who needs to restart the server when things start to heat up.

Oh and when Duala died, I felt sick. I had this nice smile on my face when I thought she and Apollo would be reunited again. :(
