Alright, I don't know if this has been discussed already, ignore it if it has, but apparently there are parasitic flies laying eggs in bees that cause them to go apeshit and fly into bright lights. I'm not clear on how they die, exactly, but the maggot-babies apparently emerge about a week later, the record being 25 in one bee.

So, possible explanation to the honeybee population decline I've heard a bit about, (in the US, anyway) possible horror movie in the making. Thoughts?
