Personally, I like Jack Links, but Trader Joe's does have some delicious buffalo jerky that tastes amazing.

My favorite flavors are teriyaki and sweet'n'spicy.

So, what's your favorite type of jerky? What flavor?

Also, don't bring up the Slim Jim ads. They're how the Escapist makes money, so don't complain.

So have fun kids!

I like the taste of Slim Jims, even if they are made of half ground hooves and hide.

Jack Links follows up with a close second.

Also if you really view ads as such a burden you should get adblock join PubClub. It helps the Escapist.

I don't know, I like it but I never buy it. I always just have what other people have I don't care. And relying on others to buy your jerky results in only having it a couple times a year.

I just made some home made beef jerky! It's delicious.

My favorite is Wild Bill's if you can find it. They have it at Sheetz gas stations, only place I've ever found it. It crushes Jack Links in deliciousness.
Yeah, I prefer the stuff from Trader Joe's any day, but I hardly ever get it, so...

Honestly, idk anymore. I don't ever have much cash on me, and when I grab a snack I'm not about to blow $5 on a small bag of jerky when I can get two big bags of chips, a two liter of coke and a sub for the same price.
The last time I ate jerky was when my girlfriend made a ton of it. Not bad.

World Kitchen or Tillamook.

...or, y'know, stuff from an actual local meat market. Most of the big-name mass-produced stuff reminds me of greasier, spicier chicken mcnuggets... sponge "meat".

Do yourself a favour and get some venison jerky from a decent butcher. This store bought crap's got nothing on some properly prepared strips of dried bambi.

Well, there's no way I'm ever going anywhere near a real butcher shop, seeing as how my mom is a vegetarian. I'd get some real stuff if I had the option, but that's not likely.

One of the few things I'll buy from Walmart, you can get a giant bag for like 5 to 10 dollars.

Trader Joes has buffalo jerky? I must try.

Yeah, it comes in orange bags hanging in various locations along the aisles. It's like eating an angel, it tastes so good. (Disclaimer: Product does not contain actual angels)
