At the beginning of September, my communications teacher gave me sections a essay topic, stating that if we did really well we could plar out of the class [basically, if your good enough , you don?t have to take the class] The topic was arguing that video games are the root cause for deviant behavior. I immediately tackled this topic with the intensity of David Caruso, with all the knowledge I had gathered from the escapist and my favorite video series, Extra creditz. When the two hours was up, I was skeptical on how well I did but was satisfied with what i had done.
The next week the teacher pull me aside, {i freaked for a moment} to tell me that my essay had impressed her so much, she had seriously thought about letting me plar.
She didn?t in the end, that?s not the point.
We have an enormous research essay now, and she let us choose the topic. I chose the question of ? How can video games be used to create positive behavior for at risk youth??

Basically, I?m not looking for anyone to write this thing for me, I can write it, don?t be silly. I?m asking for articles I can use for this topic. Anything anyone can find.

Why am I asking you?

Well were allowed to ask anyone and the teacher suggested asking the College librarians, but really, who knows better about video games and their effects than the people who greatly enjoy them?
I?m currently taking Recreation Therapy in College, basically using recreation activities to help rehabilitate those in need. [That?s not the real definition, it?s like paragraphs long :p ] I was sort of disappointed that video games aren?t applied more to my field, which is something I would be interesting in applying.

SOOOO~~~~ Help me? :3c
