I mean why bother, the thing is higly unlikely to run without an external power source and that screen looks painfully small to use for gaming. Why not rather somehow attach the 360 to say a 42" plasma TV in some über cool way?

As I said upthread (it pays to read the whole thread, y'know) my bet would be that he's trying to avoid herniating himself while trying to hump a 42" plasma/console combo to a LAN. Think of it as an uber gaming laptop... it's not like you play one of those things on battery power (for more than half an hour, anyway).

the more you think about those red rings, why would they put them in maybe it was intentional to piss us off with red rings of doom, i mean windows did have the blue screen of death problems

i just hope a portable xbox doesnt come out liek the psp or the DS i dont wanna have to get one or listen to people argue about which is better like the ps3-360 war x.x

That thing is pretty damn awesome. I wonder if a Wii would take kindly to a remake like that. The motion controls would be hard to replicate, but it would be so worth it.

no I am just saying it would suck if he sold it on ebay and then it red rings. You can't send to Microsoft and the unless you built it you prob don't know how to fix it and that guy could charge you whatever he wanted to fix it so yes it is goingto suck when it red rings so f*3k off

You do realize all new 360's don't red ring via heat problems - its now impossible...

The guy is an expert modder, who gets paid to mod things for people for both fun and profit. It's not like he'd be a jerk about it, as that would likely lead to less buisness. He likely fixes most of the red ring issues anyway while modding the thing to begin with.

Modding stuff voids the warrenty 90% of the time. So you're right about that. But if you mod stuff, that's the risk you take with everything you buy, so your argument is invalid. It's just an inherent risk.

So yeah, follow your own advice there buddy.
