Basically, the renowned modder Ben Heck created a glove that turns controlling the Xbox with a Kinect into a much more manageable process. I've never had the displeasure of frantically waving my arms around to navigate a menu, but I can understand it would suck. So, he used an Anduino circuit, and accelerometer, and some fancy wiring on a glove to create the Kinect Power Glove. Definitely a great invention.
