I'm not really an anime fan at all, but I noticed this one hasn't been posted yet and I found it quite awesome when I first heard it;

It was posted before, but damn is it ever an awesome opening. And a damned good anime. Brought tears to my eyes that one did.
As for me, I can't decide on my fav, but these are some of the ones that really stuck out in my mind.

the first opening of death note is amazing, but the second opening leave a little to be desired.
