quake live. although it did make me literally smash up my keyboard, i got this new one and within 10 minutes of playing i managed to destroy the hotkey things on this one too. yes.
runescape is good too i guess.. I played it back when it was 2d, and for a while when it was 3d (and got to level 90 lol) but I hear its been updated immensely in those 3 or 4 years or so from I've played, and it's apparently crappy and child friendly now, to the point where you can no longer kill players and steal their stuff, which is the ONLY thing i enjoyed

How does one get involved in this 'incredible user community'? When I come across people I can speak to them but usually either don't get a response back, or end up splitting from them due to a powerful need to progress in the game.Jepix said:Hard... HArd. I really enjoy this game but I feel like theres more to it which I'm not getting out of it. Also supposedly malls are very good for gathering things... how am I supposed to find a mall? Am I just going to get eaten if I attempt to go to one? :S
I don't think anything can touch Runescape really.
I played Tribal Wars for a long long time, but... as fun as it CAN be, I wouldn't recommend getting into it, because it's extremely difficult to get out of it. The propoganda forums are fantastic, although the moderators are shit unfortunately.

RUNESCAPE! (back in the day, been shitted on alot since)
Its embarrassing but I've never been addicted to a game as much. I guess its the first mmorpg experience, for most people its WoW. I used to play with my school mates when I was what 14 to 15?
played for a whole year I think, ground level 100 and millions of gold. playing was like a job. first and last total grind game I think and hope.
ADDICTED. the game is awful really but some parts of the game I still think are awesome. it was always a love/hate relationship.
