What was worth $30 here? I can understand people not knowing how or wanting to do wireless setup

But seriously.If you can't do an upgrade when the system ITSELF tells you how to do it when you need one,what the hell are you doing with ps3?

It's a lazy tax. I'm not opposed to it though. This isn't any different than paying someone to do your oil change really. It's a service. They provide it if you want to pay for it. (now mind you I really despise Best Buy for unscrupulous business practices although this isn't one of those.)
