Age of Mythology's Canadian Lazer Bear. Pure win.
Ensemble's cheat codes are the best. Age II allowed you to summon a monkey with 9 health, 9 armor, 9 speed...and 99 attack. Deadly. Age III allowed you to spawn a monster truck which destroyed EVERYTHING. Good times.

Also, I love Buddha Mode.

I recall a decent one from Ratchet and Clank, Up Your Arsenal if I remember correctly. There were these side-scrolling mini-games where you played a Captain Qwark, and one of the character mentions a cheat code: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Circle, Square, Square.

Gave Qwark a pink tutu.
