Those are funny, but they just don't have the class of Bruce Campbell singing "Hungry Like the Wolf" while surrounded by gorgeous women.

I don't so much have a list of "best" commercials, but I do have this list. My "favorite" is the "You'd be sexier if you were whiter" one from India. I mean honestly, I can't believe anyone actually OK'd that.

I always personally liked the one for Super Mario RPG, for Japan. Come to think of it, most Japanese commercials are awesome.
I also kind of liked the Hungry Jack's (Australian only) commercial where the guy escapes from prison.
