Spike Spiegel of Cowboy Bebop. A fully adrenaline feuled rush through his former Syndicate's headquarters, only to reach the head honchoes, smile and chuckle, put up his hand, say "Bang" and fall to the ground.

Yes, I believe he died.

This and Toboe from Wolf's Rain...

I really hated this ending, I cried all the way through and I still can't look at a wolf without feeling weird...

In Death Note when L died. I was like "L NOOOOOOO" I realize he was against kira but he was the best "villain" I have ever seen in an anime.

I cried when that happened.

I also got all tiery eyed when he died. His voice over was great.

When Jake Grafton died in Flight of the Intruder (book version.) The book leaves it very vague as to if he got out or not with 'Tiger' Cole. But after a long discussion at the airfield one afternoon we all concluded that Jake had to of died.
