In my opinion
Grand theft auto Vice City has the best dialogue(among other things)
but my favourite lines from any game were:
Assassin's creed 2:
Ezio: I have no money for this doctor of yours!
Federico: wasted it on women and wine, huh?
Ezio:I would hardly call it wasted, why don't you pay for this doctor, or have you done the same?

Sten - "The irony is not lost on me" - When he frees you from the dungeon in Dragon Age, it might not be a huge thing, but I was in stitches for a good 5 minutes.
Sorry OP, but I'm going to have to be very general and say BioWare, the voice acting and writing just seems so much better than other games companies. I could fill this box with quotes just from Mass Effect and Dragon Age.

Well lately when playin uncharted 2 the guy says when picking up ammo on the train, bein' shot at by helocopter "Oh great ammo this will help!"

I kinda sat there for a second with the game paused and thought to myself wtf was that.... if there are anymore lines like that in this game i'm gonna stop playing. There were none thankfully because i would have played anyways.
