Today I was at the local pizza by the slice shop of wonder, which also hands out fortune cookies. After devouring my BBQ chicken pizza, I cracked my cookie open to discover the phrase. "Catch no fire with enthusiasm and people will come for miles to watch you burn" To me this rates just about as high as the epic fortune "Fortune not found."

So what I want to know is; what are the best fortunes the member of the escapists have found/received?

"You shall soon learn something new"

Interesting until you realize that you just learned that you were going to learn something.

"You eat too much. Get out!"

Seriously, I laughed hard before I realized they were serious. I haven't been back but it was hilarious nonetheless.

"Fuck You"

I found that in my fortune cookie...

God I hope that was just a glitch with the cookies...

I once got one that said "Aren't you glad you just had a great meal?"

No, I wasn't. I wanted my damn fortune! And the meal tasted mediocre at best!

My old teacher got a cookie telling her that her friend's vacation would be wonderful.
She was at dinner with her friend that was about to go on vacation.

Haha, I don't give out fortune cookies, they're cheesy, lame, got spelling and grammar issues, and they taste like shit. I got one from a restaurant and they spelt "February" as "Fabuary". Plus they're quite expensive for what they are, ie: crap. Approx 2GBP for 15 cookies.

"That wasn't chicken"
Ever gotten a time specific one? Like "On Tuesday a great gift will be bestowed upon you"

"Promote literacy. Buy more fortune cookies."

I am not kidding about this one. :D
