I just started playing Dungeons and Dragons online. I'm not totally loving it. Are there any other free games out there that are better?

Guild Wars doesn't have a monthly fee. Runescape is free if you're not a member (not very content heavy though). I think Maplestory was kinda popular (kinda). WoW and EVE free trials last for a good while. I heard about Ragnarok, but I don't know anything about it.
