It's that time of year! Buying presents and receiving them! But the most interesting gifts are never the ones you really want, but the little surprises you never expected. Share stories and suggestions for great gag gifts, past, present, and future (especially for the video game geek, as I believe that's what we are).

I'm seriously thinking about getting the "Head Spa" [http://scientificsonline.com/product.asp_Q_pn_E_3053200] for my guy. It, apparently, only has one flaw. It actually works.

Nothing says "This gift was a prank" like giving a guy a thong.
Makes me wonder how many guys secretly try out their thongs. Need to perform an experiment, get a bunch of guys thongs for the holidays and then randomly pants them over the next few months.

Scientific method at work for the masses. I love it.

Well I'm getting a friend Ball-In-A-Cup for Christmas as a gag present. She gets stupidly cracked up at that scene in Family Guy so I think she'll appreciate it.

I'm also getting one of my straight male friends an "Army Hunks of 2009" calendar. His reaction should be priceless seen as how he's a bit homophobic.

Your post, especially the second part, makes me wonder what people do with gag gifts. I've never really received one so I wouldn't know, but I think I would keep the present no matter what it was--I'd feel guilty otherwise.

What do you think your homophobic friend will do with the calendar? xD

Attempt to beat me about the head with it wile questioning my sexuality probably. Nah I reckon he will probably end up chucking it away by Boxing Day. I've kept the few gag presents that I've been bought though. Me being a vegetarian and all, last year I think, a couple of my friends thought it would be hilarious to buy me a coupon voucher thing for a steak house restaurant. I still have that somewhere.
