GTA:IV has some really good lines, also Mass Effect and Gears of War, though i can't quote the two latter directly as i've played them in german. E.g., Fenix comments picking up some grenades by saying "Klasse!" (terrific, brilliant) in his low voice. The tone somehow makes him sound both encouraged and desillusioned at the same time.

Not any actual words, but when you let the old 2-D Sonic the Hedgehog game sit too long without doing anything, Sonic looks right at you, taps his foot and put his hands on his hips as if to say "I'm waiting, let's get on with it!". I love little touches like that in games. It's not always what characters say. Sometimes, what they do is really memorable too.
