Best Game Theme Music Ever

Reading that '10 favourite games' thread made me wonder if this had been done. As good a first topic as any, I suppose.

What game had music that got into your head and lodged there? What theme do you still have on your iPod for those mornings when you need a lift? Better yet, What game music still has some impact years later?

I'll start with the catchiest of all: Tetris and Super Mario Bros.

They will never go away. Typing their names made me hum the tunes, now they're going to be stuck there all night.

Super Mario Bros. is very iconic and Sonic too. But I'm not the sort of person that puts game music in my Creative Zen(iPod can burn in hell!).

I do enjoy Valve extended Theme, it has some sort of creepy mood to it.

That or Curse of Monkey Island intro theme. Gotta love that pirate tune!

I think I'll second that Mario Brothers idea. It's so recognisable by anyone whose ever played the game and catchy as well.

Anything from Castlevania and Final Fantasy. Its all really good and a bit catchy. Also Simon's theme secretes epicness

Its not exactly music that would get stuck in your head, but World of Warcraft has always stuck out to me as having great music.

For console games, I like the new Star Ocean game's music. It really sets the mood throughout.
