Gameboy Advance was by far the hardest platform to pick the best game for me. So many good RPG's/SRPG's on it.

I'm only 16 so I didn't really play NES, SNES or Megadrive ... But here it goes!

N64- Banjo Kazooie
PS1- Heart of Darkness
Gameboy Colour- Pokemon Silver
Gameboy Advance- Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland
Dreamcast- Sonic Adventure... but I never played Shenmue and thats ment to be good :S
PS2- Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater
Gamecube- my favourite console so this is hard... Either Zelda: Wind Waker (the one that also had ocarina of time with it), Resident Evil Remake or Pikmin
Nintendo DS- Pokemon: Soul Silver
Nintendo Wii- Smash Bro's Brawl
Xbox 360- Bioshock
PS3- Metal Gear Solid 4 (Just because Its my favourite series of games)
PC- Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne

And I never played Xbox... but I am pritty pleased with what I chose
