Halo Wars has (IMO) the best looking cutscenes on the 360.

So excluding those games what is the best looking one?

Well, I would first recommending trading in a few of those games, you can't possibly still be playing them all.

Secondly, don't buy a game because it looks good.

OT: Forza 3, Splinter Cell Conviction and Assassin's Creed II are all coming and look pretty fucking swanky

Most 360 games will look good anyhow.... If you haven't already been awed by Gears 2 or Mass Effect I'm not sure what will awe you on it. Besides... if you want to truly be awed, go 60".

If you are into RPGs try out Lost Oddysey, it's an older title, but looks amazing the whole way through.

Dude, many of the games on your list look amazing on a large hdtv. Take for example, Viva Pinata. Great-looking game. Check it. Also Mass Effect.

GTA4 would look stunning on a monster PC but the 360 hardware is not up for it; shame.

Best looking as in "looks nice" which is an opinion, or best looking as in "highest resolution"

The former, you have those games already. The latter.. use this [http://www.makeyougohmm.com/xbox360-1080p-games/] it's the only result I found that actually listed 1080p games.(as-advertised or confirmed)
