Best Looking Shield?

It's the 16th century. It's dark, the streets are full of bandits and thieves and you have to visit your mother who lives half a mile away from your home. You also wish to bring a bread made by your wife as gift.
How on earth would you illuminate the road, defend yourself and carry the bread at the same time?

It's a shield with numerous spikes and sword-breakers to defend yourself against the shady people of the night. It also has a sword parallel with your arm to bring judgement to your attackers. But most importantly, it has a hook to carry your lantern.

Defend, attack and light your way with your left-hand while you carry your wife's bread with the other.

I did a quick search, but I didn't see anything.

You know, I feel the humble shield goes unappreciated nowadays.
I mean, I've seen plenty of "Sexiest gun" or "Best sword" threads, while the shield gets no attention, despite being extremely important in a (medieval) combat situation.

So I ask you, what's your favourite shield?
It can be in-game or a real life one, it doesn't matter.

My vote goes to the Escutchen from Final Fantasy XII.
I just think the design is beautiful, though it probably wouldn't be very effective in real life.

Yes it is, Gluttony is the fat one. Greed has the ability to change his body's chemistry (I think, its been a while since I've seen the series.)
