Yeah, I'd absolutely say it's a tie between LOTR: Return of the King and Spider-Man 2.

LOTR because it was just a damn fun game, where they just seemed to get everything right.

Spider-Man 2 because it completely changed what a Movie tie-in game could be. Also it kicked a whole lot of arse just swinging around the city.

Also I gotta mention Peter Jackson's King Kong, since that was just a damn good game. It kinda felt like a 1920s Turok, which is awesome.

007 Quantum of Solace is by far the best. The campaign is amazing and the music is classic. The multiplayer is original and is still one of my favourites to play with unique, fun game modes. It's gameplay is similar to Uncharted (without the climbing of course) and it's story ties Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace together in a really interesting way. Highly recommend it if you happen to see it on sale.

EDIT: read all the posts up to this point and apperently no one played or remembered this game :(

Anyone play the video game tie-in to the Constantine film? As a fan of the comics, it was much, much more satisfying than the movie.

So I'm only 15. I know this probably sounds ignorant to a lot of people, but I don't get why people think Goldeneye 007 for the N64 is so amazing. Its pretty mediocre in my opinion. I understand what it contributed, and I respect it for that, but the game play is terrible when compared to the shooters of today. Even Call of Duty, which I hate, is better than that.

No, it isn't, Call of Duty is wretched, you're from a different generation, you're obsessed with this realism modern war game crap more than likely.

Goldeneye, hands down, nothing compares.
I'm not obsessed with realism. I'm obsessed with good controls and fun gameplay. I know its on an N64 controller, but the default controls are terrible. The gameplayt isn't that fun either. Oh, and who thought it was even a remotely good idea to name all the controller and game types with stupid code names?

Peter Jackson's King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie. (Yes, that's the full title)

One of my all time favourite games.

Incredible Hulk Ultimate Destruction, PS2. It's one of the few open world games for the PS2 that I liked more than Spider Man 2.

Wow. You're funny. I'm just not sure if it's on purpose or not.

Are you referring to me or to him? I seriously believe that way. As I said, I realize it was the first of its kind and for that its respectable, but the actual game play itself is sub par by today's standards.

What is the best game that is made with a movie? I'd have to give it a tie between Lord of the Rings: Return of the King (though LotR: TT was also good) and Spider Man 2.

EDIT- I'm only considering movies that were released for specific movies. Star Wars KotOR doesn't count. Neither do the LEGO games.
Tron: Evolution I thought was alot of fun.
Online light-cycles and all that jazz. I quite like it, back wen PSN was working >.<

Goldeneye is my personal preference, but I've heard good things about Spiderman 2 also.

Then again I'm not quite certain that Spiderman 2 is a "movie licensed game" rather than a "character licensed game".

Goldeneye most certainly is though, so it gets my vote.
