Best Normandy Landing?

I want to know, in your opinion, what the best Normandy landing in a game or movie was.

Game: Call of Duty 2- next gen console version (Xbox 360, PS3, PC)

Movie:Saving Private Ryan

When I saw the title I thought he was on about mass effect
wouldn't of been much to discuss though.

Movie: Saving Private Ryan
Game: Most of them are the same anyway. but MoH Airborne. Because you attack the bunkers from the inland side

I've only "experienced" Call of Duty 2 and Saving Private Ryan so they are pretty obvious choises. Though the ones in Company of Heroes are good but since it's a RTS you don't get that "feel".

Mass Effect, the ship you command is the Normandy.

The Citadel is basically a big UNesque Diplomatic/City Space Station, unless I missed something while reading the description in the Galaxy Map.

You may also be thinking of the Combine Citadel.

Thanks, it was the Normandy-ship-thingy. Must have heard/seen it from some Mass Effect trailer.

The one on Company of Heroes was good.

Moving your d00ds up the beach was pretty hectic, then capturing the trenches with your remaining squads and busting the bunkers with engineers was amazing fun, plus if you managed to save the sniper on the beach, you got him to help too

As far as films go, the only 2 I've seen that deal with the landings are Saving Private Ryan and the Longest Day, so it's a toss up between them I guess...
