The Typing of the Dead: Overkill is great if you only want to use the keyboard, plus it comes bundled with The House of the Dead: Overkill. You'll get to improve your typing skill as you play. There's also The Typing of the Dead, which has the same gameplay, but is actually a version of The House of the Dead 2.

Is there a chance you made this thread because you're looking for games to play on a laptop where using a mouse is inconvenient, like in public transportation?

Magical Drop 5!! I love it so much, ever since the third one in arcade.
Other than that, maybe try fighting games? That said, I can't do half circle moves on keyboard though, quarter circle is fine.

Recommend some good PC games with no mouse control. Ideally, list games where a working mouse is not needed, but you can also tell me about games where it's possible to play without using the mouse.
