At my school, the graduating senior class released four squirrels into the school as a class prank. They numbered the squirrels 1,2,3, and 5. The administration went crazy looking for number 4!
Oh, and another group of upperclassmen wired a car battery through a row of lockers, making it so that anyone who touched them got shocked. No one could get to their lockers for three days.

One of my friends told me about something his uncle did. Apparently, his uncle got a bunch of mayonaise, heated it up, snuck it in a night club, and started flinging it a people by the spoonful while they were dancing.
Don't care if this has been posted or not, it is late, I am tired.
Get your friend drunk enough so that he goes to sleep.
When he is asleep take a hotdog and warm it up.
Go up to the friend, drop your pants and hold your johnson with one hand, the hotdog with the other.
Put the hotdog in his mouth and move it around until he wakes up.
When he wakes up quickly hide the hotdog(he should still be drunk at this point so that won't be hard)
Finaly, watch his reaction.

lot of you might of heard of this prank but my seniors and some juniors at my school let lose 4 wild boars into our school and numbered them 1,2, and 4. almost got hit by 4. anyway the school spent a week trying to find the pig with 3 on it
I and a few others were standing around on the oval near a bin, with a few others about 15m away lying on the grass. One of my mates looked at the bin, looked at the people lying on the grass and said "It's so tempting...". A couple of minutes later he says "Fuck it, I'm doing it", picks up the bin and runs screaming at the people on the grass, stopping just short.
Can also remember one where someone threw a can of hairspray or (something like that) into the girl's toilet.
