I actually sold my PS3 just so I could buy my PS2 back again to play that game.

Depends on what you mean by "best," of course. If you mean actual highest quality, God of War is a damn fine game, as are Persona 4, Dragon Quest VIII, Silent Hill 2, We <3 Katamari, and any number of others. My favorite? But GundamSentinel is right, PS2 definitely still has the greatest game library in the console world. In fact I'd only hold the PC above it in terms of number and quality of good games. The hits kept coming even well into the PS3 era.

I'll probably have to go with Kingdom Hearts 2, to be honest.
Next to Metal Gear Solid 2, I've played KH2 the most out of any Ps2 game.
Other than that, a close runner up would be either something like Okami, Persona 3 or even Soul Reaver 2.
SR2 was kinda like my Beyond Good and Evil. Loved it, but I thought Reaver was much better and way more underrated.

Rogue Trooper because it was one of the first games with a cover system.
It also had upgrades and RPG elements to forge the way you fight. It's also just flat out fun going around as a blue guy murdering the other army.

Based purely on what I played the most it would be the Dynasty Warriors series I can't pick one as they're all the same really.
But what I the most fun with and replayed the most would be either Shadow of the Colossus or the Ratchet and Clank games, I've come very close to buying a PS3 just to play the new Ratchet and Clank.

I've got to go with Persona 4. Awesome soundtrack, Voice actors, storyline, everything. I have only played persona 3 for 16 hours so I don't know how much better it gets.
