I just bought $20 for my PSN account and 1600 MS points and I can not decide what games to get and I was hoping for some advice. I don't really want map packs or anything like that. Just really good down-loadable games.

On my 360, I already have Super Meat Boy, Shadow Complex, Castle Crashers, and Geometry Wars 2 and Dead Rising: Case Zero, and on PS3, I have the first Monkey Island, Crash Bandicoot 2, and Symphony of the Night.

Braid for the XBLA is pretty damn slick. It's a really innovative puzzle platformer.

For the PSN, I recommend the Scott Pilgrim game if you enjoy beat em ups, Scott pilgrim, or want a 4 player game for your PS3. Other then that you could always look through the PS One classics area. I know some of the games in there are fairly good. My recommendation for that would be Final Fantasy 9 (I think its the more fun/relaxed FF compared to 7 and 8), Final fantasy Tactics (Solid, well done strategy game) and The Legend of Dragoon (Haven't actually played this one but people recommend it to me).

Other then those you can try this page (PSN) [http://vsrecommendedgames.wikia.com/wiki/Playstation_3#PSN_Games] or this page (XBLA) [http://vsrecommendedgames.wikia.com/wiki/Xbox_360#Xbox_Live_Arcade_.28Downloadable.29] for some more suggestions from what I can only assume is from people with decent taste.

There's always FFVII, VIII, IX and MGS on PSN. If you're not sure just download some of the free demos, I did and ended up buying Worms and contemplating Deathspank: Thongs of Virtue. Plenty of demos to try before you buy.

For XBLA you can never really go wrong with some classics.

Doom, Doom 2, Wolfenstien 3D, Duke Nukem 3D, all great games.

Also some of the really quirky titles, A World for Keflings, ilomilo or even Hydrophobia.

These are my recommendations.

I played the demo for Scott Pilgrim, and I have to say that I didn't really enjoy it that much. I don't know why.

I also am surprised that no one has mentioned Limbo yet, that was one of the games I was expecting to see on here a few times.

Braid (both PSN and XBLA) - a piece of art if I ever saw one. And quite the mind-training puzzle at that. A must play.

Flower (PSN) - when most games are about killing and taking life, this game is about giving life for once.(c) me

Is it wrong to go with DeathSpank on this one? For, I think it was $10 U.S., it was a good, fun, long lasting RPG. I don't know if it's both systems or a PS3 exclusive, but I'd give it a chance.

Try Supersonic Rocket Powered Acrobatic Battle Cars on the PSN. I think there may even be a demo for it if you want to try before you buy. It is a decent solo game, but is great fun with the mates especially if you are old/ stupid enough to spice it up with some drinking games.

I'm only familiar with the PSN Store, so I'll tell you what I like there.

Shatter - Basically a block breaking game where you can control the direction of the ball by blasting out and sucking in air. Also the boss fights are pretty awesome. (PS3)

Space Invaders Infinity Gene - It's an approachable space ship shooter that's pretty damn awesome. (PS3/360)

Flower - A beautifully styled relaxing game with motion controls that are better than most Wii games. (PS3)

Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix - It's SSII Turbo with redesigned sprites and rebalanced moves. Awesomeness. (PS3/360)

Braid - Need I say anymore? (PS3/360)
