Jesus from "The Bible". He seemed like a pretty chill dude.
Except for those times he decided to kill people for no real reason at all... xD

OT: I'm gona go with your random character from YouTestament... because that game is awesome... except when your legs explode for no reason...<.<

Joshua Graham from Fallout is a great character. Also, the High Septon (otherwise known as the High Sparrow) in the Song of Ice and Fire series, for reasons that anyone who has read the books will understand.

Thane from Mass Effect. His spirituality isn't examined as in-depth as some of those mentioned above, but his discussion of the separation of body and spirit was engaging.

I'm gonna go with Father Grigori from Half Life 2. I mean, c'mon. The guy has set up an entire town full of booby traps and shotguns to fight the horde of zombies that used to be to be his congregation, so he can set them free from their suffering.

Yay! I knew he'd be in here.

Surprised there's been no love for Nightcrawler yet though. He's always up for tackling a million demented techno-organic biscuit monsters from the Dimension of Jam with either the X-men or Excalibur just so long as he can get back for Mass on Sunday. Depending on continuity he might even be saying it.

EDIT: Ooh- speaking of Marvel, The Mighty Thor is pretty devoted to the Allfather. After a throwaway line in Avengers I wonder if that's going to be an issue between him and Private Rogers.

Isaac's mum...

Ok, seriously, half the characters from Dan Simmons' Hyperion and Endymion series. Notably the main guy from Endymion, Raul; his girlfriend is the messiah.

"God forgives, I don't."

Jules was not religious unitl the end of Pulp Fiction, (maybe), so i go with Father Cheech (however the hell you spell it/ whatever the characters actual name was) from Machete.

Any Jedi ever. I've seen it described as a non-theistic religion many a time. Plus, there's this scene:

Shepherd Book from Firefly.

The guy has an interesting past, there's no doubt about that. Whatever he was, he's deemed important by the Alliance.

I don't think he was always a religious man, but something happened to him, war hero perhaps? Whatever it was, he seeked out religion after the fact. He knows too much to have always been a clergyman.
Whedon confirmed in some thingy that Book was a spy (cant recall if he was spying on or spying for the Alliance - google would help if you're keen) and that he got stupidly high within the ranks of the Alliance. However he killed a shepherd one day and felt so guilty that he took on that man's identity to remake himself.

Lots of hints are dropped throughout Firefly to this of course like his knowledge of guns and Alliance tactics and structure. Most handed clue of course is when Early knocks him out and says to Simon, "Thats no shepherd.".

Gandalf, also known as Olórin in his youth in the West. I know that he technically shouldn't count and that Tolkien didn't really want any religion in his books but this here, it's just... holy, that's all I can say. What man could be more holy, profound and awesome (in the archaic sense) than Mithrandir, the Grey Pilgrim?

Did someone say religion?!?

Let's get some righteous Imperial fury up in this bey-otch!

[HEADING=1]My hat is on fire! Your argument is invalid![/HEADING]

Okay, so fair's fair, Imperial Redemptionists aren't exactly nuanced. There are still some pretty interesting ideas bouncing around in the Imperial faith, especially the fact that in the Imperium worshipping the Emperor can take almost any form imaginable.
