Honestly, see that search bar? Typing this in brings up loads of specifics, like Best Video game Song, Best Song Cover, Best Song that is able to travel at the speed of light while you by contrast are only able to travel at the speed of 1 YocPH (Yoctometer per hour). Honestly, can we just decide the best songs to listen to? I say songs since I know you guys won't want to see just one song from your massive playlist (Feel free to just put in one song though, I don't care).

So... Me first so...

Calumon: My turn! My turn!

Calumon: I came from Japan, I'm allowed! ^^

DO YOU NEED AN EXPLANATION?

I'll also edit into the spoiler some of my personal favourite music...
(I was listening to that one as I was posting in this thread...huh.)

True awesome.

I can see how this is going to turn out already, so before we hit the second page allow me to bring in some that will probably never again be mentioned.

Claire De Lune
Toccata and Fugue in D Minor

And of course just a lot of general classical (I don't really pay attention to titles, just stick on a CD and let it run when I need to think.)

Apart from that I couldn't really vouch for a best song ever. Music is far too broad ranging a subject for me to label anything as the best song ever. That would be a ridiculous attempt.

For something like this I don't care about the search bar either, it's always interesting to see what people are listening to.

Boston: More than a feeling.

I think I always say this when this question comes up, and I'll do it again.

These two just define that weird groaning sound you make when you discover something truly amazing:

I'll grant you that song is very cool but it is WAY too overplayed.
Between the Barclaycard adverts, The Men Who Stare At Goats, Guitar Hero and its perennial appearances on compilation collections...I love the song, think it's fantastic, but it just turns up too often.

Maybe, it used to be fine to play though. Barclays was, admittedly, one step too far, but up until then I like to think it was played just the right amount, which could just mean, it was played at all.

Fine, I shall introduce a different song as my nomination:

Claire De Lune truly is a masterpiece of epic proportions in regards to classical music. Debussy makes sweet, sweet love to your ears.

Sweet, i think they're quite an unknown band so i'm glad someone else here likes them.

Love them to death. Jane Doe and Axe To Fall are 2 of the best albums I've heard in a long long time
