Theres an area you can't normally get to that, if you noclip over, you can see "How did you get back here?!" floating in the air.

Then there's the whole gnome fiasco... and then again in L4D2.

The gnome was actually modeled after a garden gnome that Gabe received from one of his fans anonymously.

And the jukebox in L4D2 is awesome.

The "Lost" one in HL2:EP2. It was legendary.
And I thought the one in Fallout 3 : Operation Anchorage was very cool where a photo reporter is taking a picture of some marines posing and he says "Who knows, they might even make this into a statue one day". I was like "aaaaahhh. I get it!" (there´s a statue called "anchorage war memorial" in the capital wasteland.)
