Best video game launch trailer

Pretty much all in the title, what, in your opinion, is the best launch trailer of any video game, or just best all around trailer. For me its:

Winner: The Witcher 2


I think Witcher 2 has one of the best because it had just enough info to wet your appetite but not so much that it spoils stuff. Also the song playing is pretty boss.

Runner up: Mass Effect 2


I chose this one because it offers up some clips that make you really want to figure out whats happening, what will happen and it really gets you pumped for the game. I still think Witcher 2 is better though because Mass effect 2's trailer is kinda slow at the starting.

Witcher 2 indeed had some amazing trailers. Even though I own the game and have for some time they're still something I've enjoyed watching whenever a new one is released.

Anyway, as for launch trailers... hmmm... Oh, I know, this one:


Bloody loved that game and that trailer when I first saw this trailer it just blew my mind.

Actually I think ME3's was pretty good. Especially when that music starts to kick in.
There are probably others I like more but I don't remember any of them, so I'll stick with this one for now.

I'd never heard of the franchise, and didn't even know what a JRPG was...

Spoiler: ...but after seeing this on a playstation demo disc I bought the game the same day it was released in the UK.

My favorite of the three TW2 launch trailers, and probably favorite trailer overall.

Dark Souls would be my second choice. Great music, pacing, visuals.
