Haven't played a whole lot of them, but I'll just say Castle Crashers.

My vote goes to Geometry Wars.

Even though Joust wasn't originally made on the XBLA, it's still the best thing you can get for it, and deserves a big SHOUT OUT!

i would say UNO because it's a game you can always go back to and it never gets old.
