So, I presume, if there is an another The Elder Scrolls game under way, this can mean nothing else than the fact that the next Fallout game is going to be on the next gen consoles, what do you, escapists think of this?

I'm surprised they haven't done this already. There are a lot of developers that are doing work on the next generation of consoles, and I would think Bethesda would be one of the first ones to do so, as their games would see obvious improvement from switching to better hardware, not only in graphics, but in scale, AI, and a lack of bugs (the slowdown issue on the PS3 in Skyrim was an issue of not having enough RAM for all the data in the savegames).

I'm sure they already have people working on next-gen stuff. They probably just need more ;P

Hmm, perhaps it's the next Fallout. Because I reckon the new consoles would probably be able to run the creation engine at the equivalent of high-ultra settings on the PC. So I highly doubt they're making a new engine for a while.
