Better graphics card *continued*

Hi before if you remember I asked on getting a new graphics card. However my father phoned up someone and he suggested that I get the Nvidia GTS 450. How much better would this be than the intel(R) 4 series express chipset family? I don't want my father to make a mistake os please, people in the escapist, help.

It would be in an entirely different world, intel integrated graphics are a 'little' weak.

GTX460 would be even better though.
