Better lasting RPG?

So im torn between buying Demon's Souls because its gotten only good reviews and the difficulty level thing seems really interesting. However I am also looking at Dragon Ages because it seems that Bioware never fails to make enthralling RPGs. I think at the moment I am leaning towards Dragon Ages for just the plain fun factor that it should have but really don't know. And while I know DA:O hasnt come out personal opinions would be a nice help.

I would go with DA:O, personally. I've already pre-owned my copy, and nothing short of Mass Effect 2 looks better. BioWare's an old hand at this style of RPG (think Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter Nights), and if you've liked their past efforts, you'll probably enjoy this one. It looks like there are more choices (and no morality meter, meaning the choices will be slightly grayer than most games), interesting backgrounds, and a real challenging campaign.
